Vacancies

We currently have vacancies for both tuned and untuned percussion players. We are looking to take on 2 - 4 percussionists and so these vacancies might suit a couple of friends to join together. This would be an excellent opportunity for keen percussionists of around about grade 5 and above standard. It may also be of interest to someone with experience on the piano who would be interesting in broadening their skills and playing with an ensemble. The main skill required to start off is the ability to read music and keep time.

The band has a good set of percussion instruments and help and guidance would be given to help the percussionists improve. Depending on location it may be possible to arrange transport. If anyone is interested they would be welcome to attend a few rehearsals to find out more about the band.

Rehearsals

The band rehearses on Friday evenings at Bridgewater High School, Lower School Site, Hall Drive, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 5JL - just off the A49 on the south side of Warrington. For more information, use the following map or download full directions.
